Her role is to develop and implement a structured digital strategy to increase the company’s visibility. Léane Rondot works on updating the website in French and English, enriching content, and optimizing natural search engine optimization (SEO), with a strong focus on keyword strategy.

She also produces clear and engaging content on climate change and its challenges, aligned with national (Paris Agreement) and European frameworks (EU taxonomy, CSRD).


Léane Rondot initiated the creation of Hydroclimat’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X) to make scientific topics related to climate risks more accessible. She designs project fact sheets for the general public and produces high-value content for the company’s social platforms.


Finally, Léane Rondot contributes to targeted business development through mailing campaigns and an active presence on professional networks.
