Olivier Robelin joined Hydroclimat in 2025 as an expert in water resources and climate change. A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure de l’Énergie, de l’Eau et de l’Environnement (Grenoble INP – ENSE3), Olivier has over 5 years’ experience in numerical modelling, hydrology and hydrogeology, mainly developed at INRAE. He has also contributed to the Explore 2 project, working on the aspects relating to changes in flows and groundwater, and is one of the contributors to the key messages of the national programme.
At Hydroclimat, Olivier is involved in prospective studies on water resources, with his main remit being the analysis and processing of hydroclimatic projections, as well as hydrological and hydrogeological modelling, in order to quantify changes in water resources at different territorial scales.
Its main mission is to support and guide public and private players in their adaptation strategies in the face of challenges linked to water resources, based on robust analyses and forward-looking modelling tools.
