Léane Rondot joined Hydroclimat in September 2024 as Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, as part of a work-study contract on a Master 1 grande école program at Kedge Business School.
Léane joined the team with the mission of developing and implementing a structured digital strategy aimed at boosting the company’s visibility. In particular, she is involved in updating the website in French and English, enriching existing content and optimizing its natural referencing (SEO), notably through in-depth work on keywords. Léane also writes captivating and informative content on climate change and its challenges, in line with national (Paris Agreement) and European (green taxonomy, CSRD) recommendations. She initiated the creation of the company’s social networks (Instagram, Facebook, X), designed to popularize scientific themes linked to climate risks. She produces project fact sheets accessible to the general public and designs high value-added publications to feed the company’s social networks. Finally, she actively contributes to targeted sales prospecting, through mailing campaigns and a reinforced presence on professional platforms.
