Malo Thuillier joined Hydroclimat in 2026 as an intern within the Water Resources and Climate Change Expertise team. A student at Centrale Nantes, he specializes in the analysis of climate and hydrological systems applied to climate change adaptation challenges.
As part of his internship, Malo works on assessing the impact of climate change on complex hydrological and climatic hazards across France. His work is based on the analysis of hydroclimatic modeling chains, using data from climate projections and hydrological models.
At Hydroclimat, he contributes to the characterization of hazard evolution, with a particular focus on floods, in connection with territorial vulnerability dynamics. He is also involved in processing complex scientific data and translating it into actionable insights.
His work is part of an approach aimed at better understanding the interactions between climate and hydrology, and strengthening risk anticipation capabilities in the context of climate change.
